SAS Young Astronomers

The Shropshire AS looks to providing activities for their younger members......

Cartoon AstronomerThere has recently been a large increase in the number of young families joining the Shropshire AS.  At a recent committee meeting, it was decided to set aside a special time between 7:30pm and 8:00pm before the main meeting at Rodington Village Hall specifically for youngsters under the age of 16.  It is anticipated that these special activities would take place in the small room in the village hall and, if the weather is good, outside too.

Further information about these proposed activities will appear in the Members Area of this website as they are planned.

Parents of children taking part in these activities are invited to attend the sessions if they wish. Sorry, but only parents or very close relatives of attending youngsters will be allowed to attend these sessions.
